Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Explore industry trends and discover exciting investment opportunities.
- Dive into indepth analyses of investment cases to identify potential.
- Create financial models to assess the value of promising projects and companies.
- Collaborate on structuring investment projects and negotiating favourable terms.
- Develop engaging presentations memoranda and supporting materials.
- Facilitate due diligence efforts with the help of expert consultants.
- Ensure the preparation of clear legally binding documentation that reflects agreed terms.
- Craft concise and insightful reports to keep everyone informed.
- Build and nurture trusting relationships with partners consultants and stakeholders.
- Support planning efforts and actively participate in events.
- Ideally hold a BCom Degree in Finance or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- CFA ACCA or CPA certifications are welcome.
- 3 6 years of experience in investment banking private equity venture capital or Big3/Big4.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance and extensive experience in financial modelling (DCF).
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for solving complex problems.
- Developed communication skills with a resultsoriented focus.
