Obtain and follow up on insurance authorizations for patient treatments.
Communicate effectively with insurance providers to ensure timely approvals.
Maintain accurate records of authorization requests and followup actions.
Collaborate with the clinical team to address any authorizationrelated inquiries.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Prior experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred.
Familiarity with StrataPT Availity Inovalon My Ability and United Healthcare portal is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
