Conduct thorough consultations to understand patient needs and aesthetic goals, ensuring personalized treatment plans.Administer a variety of aesthetic procedures, including injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation techniques with precision.Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in aesthetic medicine to provide cutting-edge services.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of patient care and hygiene.Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.Educate patients on post-treatment care and realistic expectations to enhance satisfaction and outcomes.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive aesthetic treatments.Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal results.Participate in professional development activities, including workshops and conferences, to enhance skills and knowledge.Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for patients, ensuring their comfort and confidence throughout the process. Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.Additional training or certification in aesthetic medicine is highly preferred to ensure expertise in procedures.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 1 year focused on aesthetic procedures.Proven experience in patient consultation and building lasting relationships to ensure patient trust and satisfaction.Strong understanding of dermatology and facial anatomy to deliver safe and effective treatments.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for diverse clientele.Ability to work independently while also being a team player, contributing positively to a collaborative environment.Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in all procedures and patient interactions.Empathetic and approachable personality, making patients feel comfortable and understood.Physical ability to perform procedures and manage the demands of a clinical environment effectively.
