To effectively implement the sales strategy within the region aligning it with the company s overarching objectives while serving as Key Account Manager for essential external relationships. Additionally to coach and manage a sales team monitoring and addressing performance as needed.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Ensure the sales strategy is executed in the region to enhance market share growth.
Collaborate with the Provincial Manager to align sales objectives with company goals and market trends.
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.
Establish clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team ensuring they align with client objectives.
Continuously seek and attract candidates to join the team.
Monitor the sales performance of each area and individual salesperson within the region.
Build and sustain strong relationships with attorneys aggregators banks agents and key clients in the region.
Promote a positive and motivating work environment that fosters teamwork collaboration and high performance to ensure staff retention.
Stay informed about industry trends customer needs and market dynamics to leverage emerging opportunities.
Coach individual interns sales consultants and managers to enhance their performance.
Present at various functions.
Requirements
Matric (NQF 4)
Valid Driver s License
Willingness to travel to outlying areas around Cape Town
Relevant industry experience
57 years of experience in Sales
Experience in team management (advantageous)
