Position Title: People Experience Specialist
Timings: 4:00pm 1:00am (OnSite)

Position Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced People Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent management employee engagement and performance improvement. They will excel at developing and implementing people success strategies driving organizational culture initiatives and effectively collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience.

Education & Professional Qualification:
  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience preferably in a Generalist role.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional expertise and support in the design development and implementation of the talent review process required to achieve business goals and create an internal bench of top talent.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding new hires including conducting interviews reference checks and orientation.
  • Be responsible for all HR management and development including employee life cycle policy and practices discipline grievance compensation and benefits employment contracts talent management succession planning driving performance appraisals compliance and any other HR related issues.
  • Ensure that organizationwide talent management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the HR team to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
  • Design and implement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction
  • Support daytoday HR activities such as employee inquiries benefits administration and maintaining employee records.
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on workplace issues in collaboration with HR leadership.
  • Assist in the performance review cycle offering support to both managers and employees.
  • Coordinate employee training programs and ensure career development opportunities are aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain and update HR systems ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll administration.
  • Problemsolving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for improving the employee experience.
  • Techsavvy thriving in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to multitask with a cando attitude.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Recruit & MihCM is a plus.

Utilize expertise in freelancing platforms to drive sales and expand our client base. Craft compelling bids, tailored to client needs, on various freelance platforms. Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach. Meet and exceed the assigned sales target through effective pitching and negotiation. Facilitate all interpersonal communication. Manage interaction with clients efficiently Collaborate with the team to strategize B2B sales initiatives and implement email marketing campaigns. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential clients. Reporting & follow-up with clients Requirements: 6 months of demonstrated experience in service industry sales on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies Proficiency in writing persuasive proposals and engaging clients effectively. Additional skills in B2B sales and email marketing are highly valued. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus. Exceptional communication skills, particularly in engaging and retaining clients. Proven ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate within a team environment. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
