Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of handson experience with Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
  • Proven track record of creating and optimizing email automation.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices including segmentation and personalization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and email performance analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with email compliance regulations (CANSPAM GDPR).
  • Experience with eCommerce and retail email marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop execute and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
  • Design and implement email automation including welcome series abandoned cart postpurchase and other customer lifecycle campaigns.
  • Segment email lists and create targeted email campaigns to improve engagement and deliverability.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve open rates clickthrough rates and overall ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure email content aligns with broader marketing strategies.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest email marketing trends and tools.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Ensure email compliance with regulations like CANSPAM GDPR etc.
