We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive PPC Specialist (Facebook and Google Ads) to take ownership of our advertising campaigns deliver measurable success and help develop an internal team. This role requires a selfmotivated professional who can independently manage campaigns create scalable processes and train team members to build an efficient highperforming inhouse ads team.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Setup
- Develop effective ad strategies tailored to target audiences on Facebook and Google platforms.
- Conduct keyword research audience targeting and competitor analysis.
- Setup tracking Google Tag Manager Facebook Pixel
- Set up and launch campaigns including Search Display Shopping and Retargeting ads on Google and Lead Ads Carousel Ads and Retargeting on Facebook.
Process Development & Documentation
- Design and document repeatable scalable processes for campaign creation tracking setup and performance analysis.
- Establish clear workflows for setting up GTM (Google Tag Manager) conversion tracking and analytics reporting.
- Build stepbystep SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for ad targeting budgeting and optimization to ensure consistency and quality.
- Train and mentor team members on Facebook and Google Ads best practices tools and strategies.
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Monitor and manage ad performance across platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve lead generation goals by adjusting bids budgets and targeting.
- Continuously improve clickthrough rates (CTR) conversion rates and costperclick (CPC).
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager etc.).
- Generate detailed reports with insights on ad performance ROI and areas for improvement.
- Identify trends and implement datadriven changes to enhance performance.
Testing & Creative Development
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives headlines and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with designers to create engaging visuals and video content for ads.
- Write compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.
Lead Generation & Tracking
- Set up conversion tracking and ensure leads are being captured and measured accurately.
- Work with sales or CRM teams to align lead quality with business goals.
Requirements
- Must be a team player ready to take ownership but manage and train employees
- Proven experience in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns. 25 years experience.
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising keyword research and audience targeting.
- Proficiency in using Ads Manager Google Ads Google Analytics and other related tools.
- Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic recommendations.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels.
Preferred Skills:
- Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads certifications.
- Experience with landing page optimization and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce).
