Job Description
This is a remote position.
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead teams and exciting projects. The ideal candidate will be a professional with experience in project management solid technical skills and a proven ability to adapt to changing environments. The Project Manager will oversee projects from conception to implementation ensuring successful delivery in terms of quality time and budget.
Experience:
- Proven experience in IT industries.
- Relevant work experience in project management preferably at least 2 years.
Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and supervise projects from start to finish.
- Manage and lead crossfunctional teams ensuring effective collaboration and team motivation.
- Utilize agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to manage projects efficiently and adaptably (preferred).
- Identify and mitigate project risks developing appropriate risk management strategies.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders maintaining transparency and clarity.
- Proactively and efficiently resolve problems maintaining project momentum.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills inspiring others to achieve their goals and meet deadlines.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning promoting professional development and training within the team.
- Use a strategic approach to guide project development and aligning it with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- English Level Intermediate Mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in project management preferably in technology or engineering environments.
- Technical proficiency in areas relevant to the project.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (intermediate level).
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes and evolving priorities.
- Ability to lead teams and motivate team members.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Experience in risk management and ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture.
- Experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge and experience in using agile methodologies such as Scrum Kanban Lean etc. (preferred).
