JAC Products is looking for an IT Manager.
Querétaro.
Critical Outcomes:
- Successfully install configure and support a stable information technology infrastructure to include appropriate servers cabling wifi end user computing and associated resources.
- Implement the organization’s information technology practices and ISMS.
- Report on the Mexico location’s metrics to include alignment with service level agreements.
- Create and or update logical network drawings for the location to include primary equipment IP address information subnets and VLANs.
- Assure system backups are performed and verified in accordance with policies and best practices.
- Maintain the organization’s information technology related systems and processes to support operations.
Requirements:
- 3 years as IT Manager.
- Advanced Englilsh.
- VISA and passport.
- Bachelor´s degree in Systems Engineering Software Engineering Computer Engineering.
Critical Competencies:
- Technical Knowledge: Microsoft Windows HyperV Microsoft Windows Server Veeam Fortinet Cisco networking concepts TCP/IP Microsoft Office Symantec and similar technologies. Telecommunications experience to include mobile / cellular SDWAN and communications circuits. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Help Desk Operation: Experience working with and operating an information technology help desk with a focus upon using the help desk information to drive organizational improvements.
- Data Center and Cloud Operations: Knowledge and experience operating and building internal data center operations capabilities. Understanding of cloud operations and opportunities. Experience shifting IT operations / activities between on premise and cloud options.
- Results Oriented: Driven motivated individual who strives to achieve practical solutions for the company and our customers.
- Organized: Ability to plan organize and multitask in an efficient prioritybased manner.
- Effective problem solver: ability to navigate barriers and solve issues whether technical cultural or business/process.

- Leadership. Ability to supervise and manage other members of the Information Technology team.
