Job Overview
The Retail Sales Manager (Financial/Lending) will be responsible for leading the retail sales team in promoting and selling our financial products and services to retail customers. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies managing sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Refine and execute sales strategies to attain sales objectives and optimize revenue expansion for financial products and services.
Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide training and coaching to sales staff on product knowledge sales techniques and customer service skills related to financial products and services.
Monitor sales performance and KPIs identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers providing personalized financial advice and solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing product development and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and regulatory requirements related to financial products and services.
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory guidelines governing financial transactions and sales activities.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or related field.
Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role in the financial industry preferably in lending or retail banking.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Indepth knowledge of financial products and services including loans mortgages savings accounts and investment products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced retail environment
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven experience (10+ years) in sales leadership roles within the payment or financial services industry. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Strong understanding of payment solutions, technologies, and industry trends.
