Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to lead and manage the marketing strategies for multiple brands across our veterinary and petrelated businesses. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate each brand s voice engage diverse customer segments and drive business success. Our brands include Goodna Vet Paddington Vet Dr David the Vet Pet Occasions Mobile Vet Paddington Grooming and Oscar & Zo each with its own social media platforms and websites.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset handson marketing expertise and a proactive attitude as they will be expected to drive this arm of the business independently without needing direction from the owners. We re looking for someone who can not only manage our online presence but also identify clientfacing opportunities that enhance our competitive edge and differentiate us in the market.
Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and each brand s voice and customer segments.
- Oversee both online and offline marketing efforts to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Campaign Management:
- Plan launch and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels including social media email content marketing paid advertising and inperson client engagement.
- Execute promotional campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
Social Media and Website Management:
- Oversee and manage all social media platforms and websites for Goodna Vet Paddington Vet Pet Occasions Mobile Vet Dr David the Vet Paddington Grooming and Oscar & Zo.
- Manage and grow the online presence of each brand increasing engagement and followers.
- Maintain and update websites ensuring consistent branding optimised user experience and uptodate content.
Content Creation and Calendar:
- Oversee the creation of engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms including blogs social media graphics videos and infographics.
- Implement a content calendar across platforms that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Client Engagement and Partnerships:
- Collaborate with the business to identify clientfacing opportunities to enhance brand experience and loyalty.
- Build and nurture partnerships with industry players vendors and influencers to enhance brand reach.
SEO and SEM:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage and optimise SEM campaigns to attract targeted traffic and drive conversions.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilise analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns adjusting strategies based on datadriven insights.
Market Analysis and Consumer Behaviour:
- Analyse consumer behaviour and market trends adjusting marketing strategies to maximise impact and engagement.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage the marketing budget ensuring effective resource allocation for campaigns and initiatives.
Brand Awareness and Customer Engagement:
- Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through consistent creative and impactful marketing efforts across all touchpoints both online and offline.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role managing both digital and offline marketing strategies.
- Expertise in managing multiple brands with strong knowledge of social media platforms SEO SEM and website management.
- Experience in executing campaigns across digital and traditional channels including clientfacing opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication project management and leadership skills.
- Experience in content creation marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and social media management tools.
- Experience in creating and optimising content for SEO and managing website platforms (Wix/Square/Shopify).
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field is highly desirable.
- At least 35 years of experience in marketing management with a focus on digital marketing social media and client engagement.
- Experience in the veterinary pet care and eCommerce industries is a plus.
