We would be delighted if you joined us at mrge as our new Junior Ad Operations Specialist.

Your Tasks:

• Set up monitor and optimize affiliate ad campaigns on a daily.
• Manage daytoday AdOps flow ensuring tracking reliability troubleshooting and best yield.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any adserving issues collaborating with internal and external clients as needed.
• Leverage Business Intelligence tools to analyze campaign performance data generate reports and provide actionable insights for optimization to the publisher and advertiser account management teams.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry regulations across all campaigns.
• Assist in testing new ad formats technologies and strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
• Support senior team members in maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners and networks.
• Stay up to date with industry trends tools and best practices in ad operations and affiliate marketing.

Your Profile:

• 12 years of experience in digital advertising affiliate marketing or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML JavaScript and other web technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the digital marketing space.
