You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailFor our client in the RhineMain area we are seeking a dedicated Process Engineer (m/f/d) to support a significant project in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Process Planning and Design: Responsible for the planning and design of process workflows within the project including the review and validation of P&IDs HAZOPs and technical specifications.
BOD Documentation Support: Assist the team in the preparation of BOD documentation (Start of Construction) and permitting dossiers. Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth planning and permitting processes.
Capacity and Product Mix Confirmation: Participate in confirming capacity and product mix including the creation and review of User Requirement Specifications (URS) for approximately 600 main equipment and 1200 EQP.
Collaboration with External Engineers: Work with external engineers and technicians to clarify technical requirements and specifications. Coordinate external support teams in critical areas such as USP DSP CIP and construction.
Project Management Support: Assist in the development and monitoring of the project schedule and cost control. Responsible for identifying and managing changes in project scope.
Documentation Management: Create and maintain project documentation including technical reports permitting applications and progress reports.
Degree in Chemical Engineering Biotechnology or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in process development or project management in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Strong knowledge of planning and implementing process workflows particularly related to fermentation purification and filling processes.
Experience working with P&IDs HAZOP analyses and technical specifications. Knowledge of CIP and hygienic design principles.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary and external partners.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic project environment.
