Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend coverage (Saturday and Sunday). Schedule will be adjusted to allocate days off.
Job Description:
We are seeking an Insurance Client Liaison & Application Specialist with strong interpersonal and communication skills to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual who is confident in engaging with commercial clients insurance companies and underwriters while ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills the ability to work independently and a positive teamoriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with underwriters and agents to facilitate smooth communication and ensure client needs are met.
- Complete and submit insurance applications efficiently and follow up on submissions to ensure timely responses.
- Follow up with underwriters on pending risks and ensure all necessary information is gathered and processed.
- Maintain a high level of client service ensuring that all client calls texts and inquiries are responded to the same day.
- Track phone logs to verify all client communications have been addressed.
- Conduct intake information and ensure that quotes are processed and provided to clients within 20 minutes.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring that all client interactions are handled with care and professionalism.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) speakers are highly preferred.

- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and ensure that quotes and client communications are handled efficiently.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly desirable.
