As a Business Development Lead at Talentsquare you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying developing and closing new business opportunities within the human capital and workforce development sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Prospect for new clients identify target markets and develop effective sales strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients highlighting the value proposition of Talentsquares solutions.
- Proposal Development: Develop customized proposals that address client needs and drive business growth.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales pipelines ensuring timely followup and closure of deals.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales preferably within the human capital or workforce development industry.
- A legal background would be a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Benefits
- Commissionbased structure initially (10%)
- After 3 months of successful performance a base salary range from 250000 per month will be provided.
Note: This is a parttime position requiring 20 hours per week. Candidates must be able to commit to this schedule to be considered for this role.
