The Problems Youd be Solving:
Youd have the challenge of taking ownership and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our architecture. Ensuring our platform meets the highest standards of performance and user experience. Other key responsibilities include:
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement encouraging the team to experiment learn from failures and optimize processes.
- Enforcing coding standards conducting code reviews and implementing processes to maintain code quality and minimize technical debt.
- Leading mentoring and managing a team of talented software engineers providing technical guidance career development and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Collaborating closely with product managers designers and crossfunctional teams to define technical requirements create roadmaps and execute product initiatives.
- Ensuring thorough documentation of architectural decisions codebase and development processes.
- Handson coding and development to contribute to the platforms core features and modules. Write highquality code following best practices.
Youd be Great if you Have:
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically make critical technical decisions and drive technical innovation and directly contribute to the business bottom line.
- A strong and broad understanding of computing security products data and how these components interoperate.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Proven experience (6) in software engineering with a strong background in building and scaling complex web applications.
- (2 years) of experience in a leadership or management role within an engineering team.
- Proficiency in modern software development languages frameworks and tools such as Node.js Javascript React Graphql Postgres etc.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Deep understanding of software architecture principles microservices and RESTful APIs.
- A solid understanding of Databases.
