Our client is a leading highend bathroom and interior fitting solution company in Nigeria.
The Company is seeking to hire a dynamic and result oriented Head of Sales & Business Development to develop and execute its commercial and revenue objectives.
Job Objective: This role will drive the sales performance of the entire commercial team and create strategies to achieve the sales and revenue target of the Group.
The ideal candidate must have a track record of success in closing largedeal projects for the supply of highend bathrooms and interior fitting solutions for highprofile public and private sector clients in the construction and interior design sector.
The role has potential to grow into an Executive Director position.
Essential functions and responsibilities include the following (Not limited to):
Spends 70% of available time in contact with key accounts or potential clients
Identifies potential and develops business opportunities with new clients across the Group s service and product lines.
Maintains contact with the existing client list to develop business opportunities
Encourages account growth through continuous support and customer assistance
Evaluates develops and discusses possible solutions with key accounts
Delivers company strategy based on customer channels growth product mix and selling level(s)
Prepares and reviews contract terms and conditions as per standard company contract templates
Elaborates and presents proposals and coordinates sales processes
Follows up and builds strong relationships with high profiles clients in the public and private sectors.
Meets assigned quota objectives (volume margins and expenses)
Responds to customer inquiries provides accurate sales forecasts when requested to and addresses issues involving slowmoving inventory pastdue payments and customer disputed items
Completes a detailed market map of accounts plans and executes an increase in market penetration for products and valueadded components
Updates continuously customer databases
Achieves target quotation hit rate
Ensures all incoming enquires are qualified assessed prioritized and scheduled customer dates are achieved and Customer is updated on any changes or alternatives to their expectations
Ensures all solutions and services are selected & quoted to an optimum and competitive standard
Ensures pricing and margins are in full compliance with required authorizations
Ensures Qualification process is followed accurately quote rate is reduced orders entered on time
Other responsibilities may include:
Assists in the prioritization of customer orders and takes action to ensure ontime delivery
Investigates customer claims issues corrective actions/responses and addresses technical issues
Collects competitor intelligence and provides market input for business cases as necessary
Assists the sales team to develop and execute strategies to win new projects and expand market share.
Work closely with the Group Executive team sales team costing team and other team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Key Requirements:
First degree in any relevant fields
Excellent sales skills Should be able to sell!
5 years cognate experience in construction/interior fittings solution sales
Must be able to prepare tenders and follow through to closure
Must be able to make winning sales presentations
Must have worked with the local and international competing brands in bathrooms & interior design fittings.
Sales coverage: whole of Nigeria
Must have indepth knowledge of current trends in design and furnishing and luxury/premium building construction designs.
Compensation: Guaranteed Pay BTW N1.5m to N2m monthly net (Negotiable) Commission Structure.
