We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Specialist focusing on producing highquality digital and print content that reflects our brands unique style and values.
Job Brief:
We are seeking a talented Creative Specialist with expertise in video editing static image design and animations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital content creation utilizing advanced AI tools to produce compelling ads and visuals for social media digital platforms and print. This role involves working closely with our photographers and directly reporting to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation : Design and edit highquality ads videos static images and animations for various digital platforms including social media websites and print media.
Creative Campaigns : Bring fresh innovative ideas to marketing campaigns ensuring that all content aligns with the brands luxury aesthetic.
Coordination : Work closely with photographers to ensure the right visuals are captured and used effectively in content.
AI Tools and Software Integration : Utilize AIdriven design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro and other advanced editing software) for rapid and highquality content creation.
Ad Roll Management : Experience with ad platforms like AdRoll is a plus enabling you to manage and optimize paid campaigns.
Process Efficiency : Continuously improve the speed and quality of creative outputs using advanced tools and techniques.
CrossPlatform Adaptation : Adapt designs to suit various digital and print mediums maintaining consistent brand standards.
Skills Required:
Proficient in Editing and Design Tools : Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro) and AIbased design tools.
Expertise in Video and Animation : Skilled in video editing creating animations and designing compelling static images.
Digital Marketing Understanding : Familiar with the principles of digital marketing content optimization and platformspecific requirements.
Creative ProblemSolving : Ability to conceptualize and implement creative ideas independently.
Quick Learner : Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies to enhance creative workflows.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts Marketing or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role preferably in luxury brands jewelry or luxury retail.
Ad Roll and Digital Ads: Experience with ad management platforms is an added advantage.
Soft Skills:
Attention to Detail: Ensuring all content meets highquality standards and aligns with brand aesthetics.
Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicating creative ideas and collaborating with team members.
