Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis:
  • Analyze financial data including revenue expenses and profitability.
    
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations.
    
  • Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting.
    
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    
• Commission Calculations:
  • Calculate commission rates for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) based on their performance and sales targets.
    
  • Track and analyze commission payments.
    
• Revenue Analysis:
  • Analyze revenue trends and performance.
    
  • Identify revenue drivers and areas for growth.
    
• Data Analysis:
  • Use data analysis tools to extract insights from financial data.
    
  • Develop and maintain financial models.
    
• Adhoc Analysis:
  • Conduct adhoc financial analyses as needed.
