This is a remote position.
We are seeking a talented and detailoriented Financial Analyst to join our remote team. As a Financial Analyst you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data preparing reports and supporting strategic decisionmaking.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data including revenue expenses and profitability.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations.
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Commission Calculations:
- Calculate commission rates for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) based on their performance and sales targets.
- Track and analyze commission payments.
- Revenue Analysis:
- Analyze revenue trends and performance.
- Identify revenue drivers and areas for growth.
- Data Analysis:
- Use data analysis tools to extract insights from financial data.
- Develop and maintain financial models.
- Adhoc Analysis:
- Conduct adhoc financial analyses as needed.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
Proven experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a working Laptop and reliable internet
Must have a computer and reliable internet connection to work remotely.
Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
