Key Responsibilities:
Manage Marketing Technology: Oversee the marketing technology stack including CRMs and automation platforms. Ensure proper integration and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Track and Measure Campaign Metrics: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Create and Optimize Workflows: Develop and refine marketing workflows including email templates and lead nurturing campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as marketing sales and IT to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned and successful. Understanding the team needs to drive effective marketing initiatives.
Database Management: Maintain and manage marketing lists to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in targeting and outreach.
