As an Accountant you ll be at the heart of providing highlevel financial services to a diverse clientele. Responsibilities
- Manage complex accounting tasks for a portfolio of individual and small business clients
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements including balance sheets and profit/loss reports
- Conduct indepth financial reporting and analysis providing valuable insights for decisionmaking
- Lead tax preparation and filing processes ensuring compliance and optimizing financial outcomes
- Offer strategic financial advice based on expert analysis of accounting data
- Oversee and optimize bookkeeping processes ensuring utmost accuracy in financial records
- Develop and implement financial strategies tailored to each client s unique needs
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes applying best practices to client services
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and other cuttingedge accounting software
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and current tax regulations
- Proven experience in tax preparation and filing for individuals and businesses
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for explaining intricate financial concepts to diverse clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple highpriority client accounts and meet critical deadlines
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field; professional certifications (CPA CMA) preferred
- Adaptability to work with various industries and client types from individuals to small businesses
