Job Description

The Events Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing marketing strategies for corporate events conferences awards webinars round tables and other related activities. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of event management and marketing principles capable of driving brand awareness engagement and lead generation through successful event marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for events including conferences awards webinars round tables and corporate functions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with business objectives and brand messaging.
    • Identify target audiences and tailor event marketing strategies to engage and attract them.
  • Event Promotion:
    • Create and manage event marketing campaigns across various channels including email social media website and paid advertising.
    • Design and produce promotional materials such as brochures banners and digital content.
    • Develop partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance event reach and impact.
    • Ensure brand consistency and highquality of all eventrelated materials and experiences.
  • PostEvent Analysis:
    • Measure and report on the effectiveness of event marketing campaigns including lead generation attendee engagement and RoI.
    • Gather and analyse attendee feedback to inform future event planning and strategy.
    • Maintain relationships with attendees partners and sponsors postevent to foster ongoing engagement.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the design sales product and telecalling teams to ensure seamless integration of event initiatives with broader company goals.
    • Coordinate with external agencies designers and contractors as needed to execute event plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in event marketing with a proven track record of managing successful events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to travel as needed for events.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B event marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g. Zoho).
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.


Knowledge and Proficiency: Proficient in creating new opportunity and sale presentations as directed by the General Manager - assisting in path planning, project management, client relations, budgeting, reporting, and general administration. Skilled in sourcing and synthesising information from diverse sources. Proficient in managing partnership packages to ensure delivery of promised print, digital, and social outputs. Knowledge of all integral systems Trello, Zoho, Google Drive, Magnet (training provided) Knowledge of the internal order approval system, key contacts, and paperwork requirements (training provided) Management of the internal month-end closing process across the group Proficient in creating post campaign reports and analysis for key accounts within the group. Management Responsibilities: Management of order workflow across commercial and editorial team - managing editorial and commercial operations across digital, print, and experiential businesses, overseeing resource allocation to achieve targets. Management of Trello across commercial and editorial team - supporting commercial and PR content requests, tracking deliverables, and ensuring editorial commitments are met. Opportunity to represent the brands at key industry events. Project and Account Management: Assist in managing wider teams' projects and accounts throughout their leave periods as needed - acting as a primary liaison across departments, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating matters as needed. Establishing, implementing, and supporting the brands events calendar, working and follow-up files for the teams. Assist the teams pre, during, and post-events (guest management, logistics, operations, communication, information, and material management). Supporting the delivery and attending brand events across the group where needed. Media Planning and Relationship Management: Independently conduct media planning based on client briefs and foster relationships to drive comprehensive annual planning whilst identifying commercial opportunities for optimal brand investment. Requirements: Own valid visa Immediate, full-time availability for a 6-month contract period Transport to the office and events
