An established airconditioning company located in Pasig is looking for an experienced and driven Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team in ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. This role is key to developing and refining processes that enhance customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.
About the Role
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to drive excellence in customer service delivery. • Develop implement and refine quality assurance processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and address gaps in service quality.
- Utilize datadriven insights to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Play a crucial role in training and developing staff to maintain high performance levels.
What We're Looking For
- We are looking for someone who can start immediately and contribute to our team from day one.
- This is an onsite role requiring you to work from our Maybunga Pasig City office from Monday to Friday.
- Minimum of 4 years of solid experience in quality assurance preferably within a Customer Information Center or related environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management Communication or any related field.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve quality benchmarks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decisionmaking and process improvement.
- Detailoriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.
