Reporting Structure: Reports to the HR Manager
Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced HR professional to join our team at Writo Education Pvt. Ltd. As an HR specialist in the Education Management industry you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions of our organization. If you are passionate about creating a positive work environment and supporting the growth and development of our employees we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates
Develop and maintain job descriptions and postings
Provide administrative support to the HR team including data entry scheduling and filing
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
Conduct research and analysis on HRrelated topics
Stay uptodate on the latest HR trends and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Excel
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for learning and development
Open to students from all academic backgrounds
Minimum GPA of 3.0 required
