Job Description
Address sensitive situations requiring leave options and accompany the employee in the resolution of their case.
Facilitate a smooth return to work process for the employee upon the end of their leave.
Upon employees start or return from leave work alongside HR Managers and Business leads.
Utilize ServiceNow and Workday tools for endtoend processing of leave requests ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Proactively address issues related to a leave that may impact the employee and ensure proper communication occurs.
Track daily actions monitor case progress prioritize tasks by level of urgency and comply with country regulations.
Microsoft Excel Reporting and Analytics skills
- Years of Experience : CL11 ( Communication is must )
- CTC would be : 40K
- Contract Duration: 12 months.
- Shift Timings : 7:00 PM to 3:30 am
- RTOWFH: RTO
- Project Notice Period : 1 month.
- Work Location Bangalore ( BDC14)
