Facilitate a smooth return to work process for the employee upon the end of their leave.
Upon employees start or return from leave work alongside HR Managers and Business leads.
Utilize ServiceNow and Workday tools for endtoend processing of leave requests ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Proactively address issues related to a leave that may impact the employee and ensure proper communication occurs.
Track daily actions monitor case progress prioritize tasks by level of urgency and comply with country regulations.
