About Client:
Our client is one of the premier institutions in the country with a 50 year heritage of providing high quality valuebased and affordable education. The group today caters to over 42000 students across both Government NonGovernment and Aided Schools. It has a staff strength of 1500 including over 1200 teaching staff. Four of our client s branches have been consistently ranked amongst the top 30 schools in the country.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implementing HR policies ensuring strict adherence to legal regulations.
- Conducting performance appraisals enhancing staff productivity through feedback.
- Managing employee benefits addressing queries related to packages.
- Maintaining accurate employee records ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Assisting in HR budget planning optimizing resources for effective operations.
- Aligning HR strategies with the schools educational objectives and vision.
- Assisting in daytoday HR activities including handling inquiries managing databases and supporting HRrelated projects.
- Managing employee benefits such as health insurance retirement plans and other perks handling inquiries and changes.
