- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in aligning business objectives with employees and management across the organization.
- The HRBP acts as a consultant to management on HRrelated issues providing strategic guidance and implementing HR initiatives that contribute to business success.
- This role is responsible for delivering valueadded services that reflect the organizations goals and ensures alignment with HR best practices and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Working on Employee Productivity & Retention issues with regular performance interventions & Attrition Management.
- Working on Data Management & Analysis. Making Reports Daily/Weekly/Monthly Dashboards.
- Working on different HR Projects & making Presentations.
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Consults with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate..
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations and retention. Conducts effective thorough and objective investigations.
- Provides daytoday performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching counseling career development disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures workforce planning and succession planning.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
