Overview:
The role of an Executive Assistant to the CEO is vital to the organization as it involves providing highlevel administrative support to the CEO coordinating executive communications and managing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEOs calendar including scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate executive communications including answering calls responding to emails and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents.
- Conduct research and prepare briefs agendas and presentations for CEOs meetings and engagements.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events and functions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the executive team and across departments.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration management or relevant field.
- Proven experience (5 years) as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive problemsolving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
