About the Role:
The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility drive customer engagement and generate leads. This role requires a blend of technical skills and creativity with a focus on managing WordPress websites designing graphics optimizing SEO and running social media campaigns to attract new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain WordPress websites ensuring content is updated and optimized for performance and SEO.
- Design and create visually appealing graphics for online and offline marketing materials including social media websites and email campaigns.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility for both internal projects and client websites.
- Conduct keyword research onpage optimization and track SEO performance to generate organic traffic and leads.
- Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns to engage with the target audience and grow the companys online presence.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop tailored marketing strategies focused on attracting new clients.
- Analyze marketing data campaign performance and website analytics to inform strategy and decisionmaking.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.
- Stay current on industry trends digital marketing best practices and SEO algorithm updates.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing including experience with WordPress SEO and social media management.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress with the ability to manage content update themes and optimize for SEO.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Canva).
- Indepth knowledge of SEO best practices keyword research tools and performance tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush).
- Proven experience in managing successful social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Setup and Location: Officebased/Hybrid (Ortigas Alabang Pampanga or Cebu)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (WA) 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PH Time)

In order to be successful for this role, you will have: Cert qualification in accounting or bookkeeping . Bookkeeping practice (min 3 years). High level of Software knowledge with Xero .
