Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Analyst Operations (Car lease) to manage our new car lease offering. This role is crucial to the success of our initiative ensuring seamless operations innovative process digitization and exceptional client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive leasing industry and a passion for operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop internal and external relationships with customers and clients.
- Sell automotive leases to various customers clients and executives.
- Assist and support companies and organizations in meeting their transportation requirements.
- Advise customers on financial options available in the market to meet their automotive needs.
- Advise customers on taking the best automotive leases.
- Provide customers the complete vehicle information with costs terms and conditions.
- Prepare estimates workout the cost of the automotive business or vehicles including insurance and taxes and legal fees.
- Prepare lease agreements with contract and lease terms credits and warranties collaborating with the legal team
- Integrate the best practices in preparing lease agreements for customers.
- Ensure hundred percent customers satisfaction through honest efforts in automotive leasing business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in operations (preferred knowledge in leasing operations) automotive finance or financial services.
- Proficiency in lease management software and fintech platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customercentric approach.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Problemsolving mindset with a proactive and solutionoriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fintech or techdriven environment.
- Strong understanding of lease accounting financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of advanced financial modelling and lease analytics.
- Familiarity with automotive industry trends and lease market dynamics.
