Job Description

**Role Overview:**
Tarasri by Tibarumal Gems and Jewels is seeking an experienced Operations Systems Manager who has completed Rahul Jains ninemonth Business Consulting India program and has successfully implemented its strategies in a business environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing maintaining and optimizing operational systems and SOPs based on the principles taught by Mr. Rahul Jain and aligned with the 8020 principle as mutually agreed with the management. The role will ensure operational efficiency process consistency and measurable business results.

This position requires a proactive leader who will coordinate with team members across departments define roles for the MDs office (EA Process Coordinator MIS) and deliver clear efficient and effective systems to achieve strategic goals.



**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **System Implementation:**
Implement all systems taught by Mr. Rahul Jain in his ninemonth program that are applicable and required for the company following the 8020 principle and as mutually agreed with the management.
Ensure full rollout and adherence to these systems across all teams and departments.

2. **SOP Documentation and Upgrades:**
Develop document and maintain detailed SOPs for all operational workflows.
Revise and upgrade SOPs as needed to incorporate new strategies or improvements.

3. **Strategic Coordination:**
Collaborate with different team members to ensure effective execution of strategies.
Align operational goals with Rahul Jains principles and the companys objectives.

4. **Role Alignment:**
Define clear job responsibilities for key roles within the MDs office such as EA Process Coordinator and MIS.
Ensure all responsibilities align with Rahul Jains methodologies and operational science.

5. **Efficiency Optimization:**
Analyze implemented processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
Optimize workflows to enhance results reduce costs and ensure timely delivery of objectives.

6. **Weekly Planning and Execution:**
Create weekly implementation plans with clear measurable deliverables.
Provide regular updates to the MD on progress challenges and outcomes.

7. **Training and Development:**
Train team members on Rahul Jains systems and as needed Munish Vermas methodologies.
Gain an understanding of Munish Vermas training from the MD and integrate its relevant aspects after successful implementation of Rahul Jains systems.

8. **Resource Management:**
Identify and address resource gaps by recommending hires or additional training as necessary.



**Qualifications:**

**Experience:** Proven track record of implementing Rahul Jains ninemonth Business Consulting India program in a live business setting.
**Operational Expertise:** Strong background in process coordination MIS and systembased operations management.
**Leadership Skills:** Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive accountability.
**Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact across all levels of the organization.
**Proactive and Strategic Thinking:** A selfstarter who can foresee challenges strategize solutions and implement improvements.
