Job Description
- Job Location : Chennai (WFO)
- Req. Qualification : Graduate in any stream.
- Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience
- Open Positions : 1530
- Immediate Joiner.
- 2 rounds of interviews: 1st Round : Written Assessment
2nd Round : Online Assessment
3rd Round : Operations Round
- Designation: Prompt Engineering Operations (BAND 1).
- 5 Days working ( 2 days weekoff)
- Shift Timings : (09:00 AM IST 06:00 PM IST or 10:00 AM IST till 07:00 PM IST )
- Opportunity to earn in overtime and extra milers.
- Required immediate Joiners.
- Medical insurance worth INR 1 Lac per year.
Eligibility Criteria: Professional and Personal Attributes: Candidates should be flexible and have strong interpersonal skills. Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Should be able to adapt quickly to new challenges. Must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Should be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently. Job-Specific Criteria: Attention to Detail: Candidates need to be meticulous, ensuring high accuracy when rating and writing prompts. Work Diligence: Should be diligent and hardworking to meet targets and log enough billable hours. Time Management: Must demonstrate the ability to manage time effect. Must have basic knowledge about Prompt Engineering and comprehension of AI-driven models.
