Regenerative Agriculture:
Our farming practices pushes the bar well beyond conventional organic into standards that are now being recognized as Regenerative Organic (a term initiated by The Rodale Institute).
Key dimensions include: companion cropping crop sequencing photosynthesis support and soil life enhancement through microbial culture all of which significantly enhances the bioavailability and nutrient density of the produce.
This unique new design was recently awarded the Food System Vision 2050 Prize by Rockefeller Foundation and has been selected as one of the finalists at the Global TFF Challenge 2021 How to feed 10 billion people by 2050 on a hotter planet .
Collaborating for the Future: This humble attempt of ours to create a prototype for a food system of the future necessarily includes collaborating with all key actors of the food system such as policy makers trade and
the F&B industry.

The role is responsible for all operations under demo farm including composting operations. Plantation maintenance labour management compost raw material collection composting will be the key deliverables.
JD :
Responsible for demo farm production end to end
Manpower planning & deployment Day to day activities
Forecasting production for Demo farm
Responsible for beautification of demo farm
Maintain GAP in Demo farm and Compost unit by following all compliance
Inventory management for all assets stock raw material additives within the premises
Compost operations Involved in Yearly/Monthly/Weekly compost planning
Raw material collection for compost by deploying labours in nearby area
Maintain end to end traceability for compost operations in logbook & excel
Assets utilization and maintenance under compost plot
Compost distribution records BOM & adherence to POP
Qualification Required:
Graduate / Post graduate in agri
Experience of 25 years in farm operations & management
Good communication skills in English Hindi & local language
Proficiency in computer skills MS Office
