Job Description

Sales Manager Roofing and Siding Division

Location: Sterling VA
Department: Residential Sales
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

A familyowned exterior building services and construction company with over 61 years of industry excellence. Specializing in roofing siding and home improvement services across MD DE DC and VA.

Job Summary:
Seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to lead and grow the residential sales division. This is a fulltime role with uncapped earning potential offering weekly pay direct and override commissions and top performer annual earnings exceeding $250000.

The role involves overseeing all aspects of sales managing and building a highperforming team and driving business development to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build train and motivate a highperforming sales team. Recruit and hire sales representatives to expand the division.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive lead generation conversion and client acquisition. Conduct client site visits and consultations to recommend roofing and siding solutions.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain client relationships ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to align on revenue goals and company objectives. Work closely with other divisions to streamline project delivery.
  • Market Expertise: Stay updated on roofing and siding construction methods materials and trends. Train the sales team on technical and product knowledge.
  • Process Optimization: Refine sales workflows to improve efficiency and results. Leverage CRM tools to track leads monitor performance and manage the pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • 35 years of sales leadership experience in construction home improvement roofing or siding.
  • Proven ability to build and lead successful sales teams and exceed targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of roofing and siding materials and methods.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

This role requires flexibility to work from home on the road or in the office based on business needs.
