Job Description: Area Sales Manager
Position Overview:
The person concerned should manage the respective franchise allotted to him. He would be responsible for all the sales activities of the region who need to manage walkin enquiries generated in the region and do business development activities like meeting architects clients and site meeting.
Prefer to have candidate from windows facade hardware or architectural products.
This role involves managing a sales team nurturing client relationships and ensuring strategic growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
Team Leadership: Recruit train and supervise sales representatives.
Client Relationships: Maintain strong connections with key clients and stakeholders.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends for strategic insights.
Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in sales with a focus on team management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
