Roles & Responsibilities:
. Developing JD and strategies for acquiring new talent
Analyzing the company s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring
Using various channels to source candidates
Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
Managing the screening process including resume screening and interviewing
Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process
Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events
Salary Negotiations & preparing offer letters
Maintain TA Dashboard and other reports on daily/weekly basis
Management Skills:
Manage & coordinate interviews for all designations
Good Negotiation skills
Education Type:
. Any Graduate
Post Graduate Preferred
Total Experience: 13 yrs.
Relevant Experience: 1.5 Yrs
Job Location: Electronic City Bangalore
Shift Timings: 10am to 7:30pm
