Overview
The Non IT and IT Business Development Manager (BDM) in US Staffing plays a critical role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the staffing industry. This role is essential for establishing and maintaining client relationships understanding client needs and effectively communicating those requirements to the recruitment team. The BDM is responsible for leading the sales process negotiating and closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster longterm partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US staffing industry
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
- Understand client needs and requirements and communicate them clearly to the recruitment team
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to closure of deals
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets

Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager in US Staffing
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Indepth knowledge of the US staffing industry including non IT and IT sectors
- Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proven track record of converting prospects into clients
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
