He is transitioning to pumped milk and the family is looking for a nanny who can support this process. The baby currently has a 1.5hour wake window followed by naps. The ideal candidate will focus on engaging the baby with activities that promote physical and mental development including tummy time reading going on walks sensory games and other activities to help him reach his milestones. The family prefers a nanny who can narrate throughout the day to enhance the baby s language development. During naps the nanny will handle light housekeeping duties such as washing bottles doing laundry unloading and reloading the dishwasher cleaning the baby s areas and stocking the diaper station.
