Job Overview:
The Sales Enablement Intern will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by helping develop tools resources and processes to enhance productivity and drive revenue growth. This internship provides valuable experience at the intersection of sales strategy and operations ideal for individuals interested in building a career in sales management or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation organization and distribution of sales enablement materials such as training guides presentations and sales playbooks.
  • Support sales onboarding by coordinating training sessions gathering resources and ensuring the smooth transition of new sales staff.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align content messaging and tools to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Help track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor sales productivity and success.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitor strategies and potential sales opportunities.
  • Provide daytoday administrative and operational support for the sales enablement team.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative strategies for improving sales outcomes.
  • Run campaigns and introduce data analytics for process improvement


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital campaigns data analytics
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and sales software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data and problemsolving.
  • Interest in sales marketing or business development
