We are looking for a prudent Property Manager to take charge of the direct management and oversight of our assigned commercial and residential properties in the Lisbon area. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on maximizing asset value ensuring tenant satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of assigned properties.
- Develop business plans tailored to meet the needs of tenants.
- Inspect properties regularly and arrange for maintenance to ensure they meet high standards.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with tenants.
- Negotiate leases and contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
- Market and advertise vacant spaces to attract new tenants.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to keep detailed uptodate records of tenant payments.
- Manage collections and operating expenses.
- Develop and manage annual budgets analyzing variances and trends.
- Oversee and assess the performance of property personnel.
- Report on financial performance and achieve financial goals.
- Build relationships with potential clients to explore new business opportunities.

- Deep understanding of property management and its financial aspects.

- Competency in MS Office and relevant property management software.

- Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
- Valid Class B Driver s License.
