TLG Global is a rapidly growing group rooted in real estate development expanding into the hospitality sector with a portfolio of assets under management currently valued at around 100 million euros. We specialize in managing a variety of commercial and residential properties delivering exceptional value and customer service.
We are looking for a prudent Property Manager to take charge of the direct management and oversight of our assigned commercial and residential properties in the Lisbon area. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on maximizing asset value ensuring tenant satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of assigned properties.
- Develop business plans tailored to meet the needs of tenants.
- Inspect properties regularly and arrange for maintenance to ensure they meet high standards.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with tenants.
- Negotiate leases and contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
- Market and advertise vacant spaces to attract new tenants.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to keep detailed uptodate records of tenant payments.
- Manage collections and operating expenses.
- Develop and manage annual budgets analyzing variances and trends.
- Oversee and assess the performance of property personnel.
- Report on financial performance and achieve financial goals.
- Build relationships with potential clients to explore new business opportunities.
Requisitos
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Property Manager.
- Deep understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
- Strong knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding property management.
- Competency in MS Office and relevant property management software.
- Customerfocused mindset with a strong bottomline orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
- Valid Class B Driver s License.
- Willingness to travel.
