Job Description
JOB DETAILS:
- Position: Infrastructure Project Manager (Microsoft Intune)
- Location: Lisbon (Hybrid Work Model)
DAYTODAY DUTIES:
- Oversee service management and incident tracking and provide followup with responsible parties to support diagnostic processes.
- Lead functional and technical solution design for corrective and enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure the backlog remains updated and manage pending items to maintain clear status reporting.
- Promote agile culture within the team adhering to company standards and principles.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team and infrastructure project management.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Fluent in English.
