The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring every interaction with our customers is at the right time with the right content to the right person and through the right channel. This role demands a techsavvy individual proficient in CRM marketing automations including triggers flows and experience with automating emails IAMs and push notifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development and refinement of Sweatcoins CRM strategy focusing on increasing activation engagement and retention while preventing churn.
- Campaign Management: Plan execute and optimize oneoff and recurring campaigns including copywriting design briefing implementation and performance reporting.
- Lifecycle Optimization: Map and improve the lifecycle journey enhancing triggers targeting and content for different user segments.
- Automation & Workflows: Design and implement automated workflows and triggers to elevate the customer experience using a datadriven approach.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Partner with data analysts to test learn and iterate on campaigns and work with product managers to launch features that drive KPIs.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Identify opportunities to segment audiences and personalize content based on user behaviors and preferences.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously refine and automate email push notifications and IAM communication to ensure timely relevant and engaging messaging.
What Were Looking For
- Experience:over 3 years of CRM retention or email marketing experience ideally in B2C companies.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient with CRM platforms like Braze Hubspot Iterable or MoEngage and adept at creating workflows and troubleshooting automation.
- Analytical Skills: Numerically proficient with tools like Looker Amplitude or Tableau and experienced in crafting hypotheses and running experiments.
- Creative Mindset: Strong ability to guide email design and craft compelling copy with a knack for improving conversion rates.
- Crossteam Collaboration: Proven experience working with developers analysts and other stakeholders to deliver successful campaigns.
- Strategic & Proactive: Strong strategic thinking problemsolving skills and attention to detail with a proactive approach to owning and driving projects.
