The Role
Were looking for a Senior Product Managerto drive one of our key product teams. Youll lead highimpact initiatives to boost user acquisition retention and engagement making Sweatcoin even more fun and habitforming.

Collaborating across teams youll design and launch features that turn casual users into loyal fans. With a focus on active users and retention your work will optimize user journeys inspire motivation and drive lasting behavior change.

What youll do:

Dream up and execute creative strategies to boost user acquisition engagement and retention through viral loops referral programs and social sharing

Dive deep into data to uncover opportunities for funnel optimization and global expansion

Bring gamification to life with challenges achievements leaderboards and rewards that keep users coming back for more

Use behavioral psychology to craft habitforming feelgood experiences

Own the roadmap for growth / gamification initiatives making sure everything aligns with Sweatcoins bigpicture goals

Lead crossfunctional product squads (engineering design data QA) to deliver features that wow on time and on point

Experiment A/B test and iterate until were at peak awesome and the metrics are green

Get inside the heads of our users in collaboration with UX research understanding what drives them what holds them back and what keeps them coming back for more

    What youll bring

    5 years in product management in consumer mobile apps ideally with a focus on growth gamification

    A proven knack for driving user acquisition engagement and retention with creative strategies

    Gamification pro with a deep understanding of habit loops reward mechanics and user motivation

    Proficiency in A/B testing experimentation and using data effectively

    Topnotch leadership and communication skills with experience rallying crossfunctional teams
