Base salary: 1100EUR for 14 months
KPI Bonus: 4% of the annual base salary (amount varies depending on performance goals)

Your Responsibilities:
As a Health Manager you will be the main point of contact for policyholders:
- Personalized Support: You will advise and assist clients via multiple channels (phone email mail) and manage their service payments.
- Client Satisfaction: Actively contribute to policyholder satisfaction by ensuring highquality service and achieving performance indicators.
- Healthcare Professional Support: You will handle calls from beneficiaries and healthcare professionals inform them about the subscribed guarantees and guide them through their healthcare journey.
Your Main Duties:
- Administrative Management: Handle contract registration cancellations contribution collection process reimbursements prepare quotes and update customer files.
- Customer Support: Provide information on contract guarantees reimbursements and all aspects of contract life (subscriptions amendments cancellations) mainly by phone or email.
There is no prospecting or sales involved in this role.

Ideal Profile:
- Education: Bac2 (Associate Degree) with or without experience in insurance but we are most interested in your personality.

- Languages: Fluent in French (C2) with a good command of English (B2).
