This is a remote position.
Position Title: Appointment SetterWork Setup: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 30000.00 Php 50000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 PM 5:30 AM PH Time US Holidays

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN APPOINTMENT SETTER
Responsibilities as an Appointment Setter:
Contact potential clients through cold calls emails and social media to introduce the company s products or services.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and ensure they meet the sales team s standards.
Set up appointments between qualified leads and the sales team coordinating schedules to ensure timely followups.
Update CRM with accurate and uptodate information on client interactions leads and appointments.
Send followup emails or calls to prospects who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in lead generation and appointmentsetting efforts.
Provide regular updates and reports on the number of calls made leads qualified and appointments scheduled.
Qualifications as an Appointment Setter:
12 years of experience as an appointment setter telemarketer or in a related sales support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Professional and friendly phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and appointments effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot GoHighLevel) and scheduling tools.
Ability to work independently and meet targets for calls appointments and conversions.
