Job Description:
As a rapidly growing but small team were seeking a highly motivated Outbound Specialist to help us serve our growing list of clients.
You will work closely with the Account Management Team to ensure the success of our existing clients on LinkedIn with all necessary training being provided.
This is the perfect role for a motivated learner who wants to gain a wide range of experience in
B2B marketing in a fun and supportive environment.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Outbound Specialist Appointment Setter or Outbound Sales Representative.
- Excellent communication skills with Native Level English both written and verbal.
- Experience in cold outreach/outbound marketing (cold calling email marketing LinkedIn outbound).
- Be highly organised and motivated to work on your own and deliver on KPIs.
- Can work autonomously (remote role).
Setup and Location: WFH setup
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST) 7:00 AM4:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime

Requirements/Skills needed: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales development, business development or appointment setting, preferably in the Australian market. Proven experience in B2B lead generation and business development. A strong understanding of the Australian market and industry trends. Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence. Demonstrated success in prospecting. A strong ability to generate your own leads, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative. Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic. High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
