1. Strategic Planning and Development for Key Korean Accounts across the Company

  • Conduct SWOT analysis and advise the Board of Directors on the development direction for Key Accounts specializing in Korean lines throughout the system.

  • Develop a strategic plan for Key Accounts specializing in Korean lines according to company directives:

    • Plan and execute joint sales strategies with agents and vendors both domestic and international to expand key accounts through both channels.

    • Develop and update policies to strengthen and enhance relationships with existing Key Accounts specializing in Korean lines.

2. Operational Management of the Korean Key Accounts Development Department

  1. Establishing Departmental Structure

  • Design the organizational structure for the Korean Key Accounts department across the company including Corporate branch offices and international locations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  • Evaluate screen recruit and train staff to meet operational requirements.

  1. Departmental Operations

  • Assign tasks to personnel at Corporate/branches both domestic and international to execute approved plans ensuring the achievement of objectives. This includes but is not limited to developing new clients and maintaining the quality of existing customer service.

  • Participate in evaluating current processes regulations and service standards to propose improvements in customer service quality for Korean Key Accounts.

3. Additional Responsibilities

  • Report on work progress to the Board of Directors regularly (weekly monthly quarterly annually) or as needed.

  • Manage and train the Korean Key Accounts department staff build a successor team and handle other related operational tasks.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Key Account Manager position or equivalent in large corporations. Preference will be given to candidates with logistics industry experience.

  • Proficiency in English communication.
