Conduct SWOT analysis and advise the Board of Directors on the development direction for Key Accounts throughout the system.

Plan and execute joint sales strategies with agents and vendors both domestic and international to expand key accounts through both channels.

Develop and update policies to strengthen and enhance relationships with existing Key Accounts.

Design the organizational structure for the Key Accounts department across the company including Corporate branch offices and international locations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Departmental Operations

Assign tasks to personnel at Corporate/branches both domestic and international to execute approved plans ensuring the achievement of objectives. This includes but is not limited to developing new clients and maintaining the quality of existing customer service.

Oversee the implementation of policies related to Key Accounts throughout the system and propose optimal solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

3. Additional Responsibilities

Report on work progress to the Board of Directors regularly (weekly monthly quarterly annually) or as needed.

Manage and train the Key Accounts department staff build a successor team and handle other related operational tasks.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

At least 3 years of experience in a Key Account Manager position or equivalent in large corporations. Preference will be given to candidates with logistics industry experience.
