Our client is a leading insurance company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
1. Client Engagement:
Build and sustain robust relationships with clients from Korea.
Identify and address the specific insurance needs and risk factors of Korean clients.
Serve as the main liaison for clients ensuring clear and efficient communication.
2. Customized Insurance Solutions:
Develop and present insurance solutions tailored to the unique needs of Korean clients.
Assess clients insurance needs and propose suitable coverage and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement bespoke risk management solutions.
3. Internal Coordination and Client Communication:
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions.
Maintain effective communication with clients to provide updates resolve issues and collect feedback.
Prepare and present reports proposals and other documents to clients.
4. Client Retention and Satisfaction:
Track client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Develop and execute strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
Ensure the provision of highquality services and solutions that meet client expectations.
5. Revenue Targets:
Meet revenue goals set for acquiring new clients and renewing existing contracts.
Formulate strategies to uncover and develop new business opportunities within the Korean market.
Monitor and report on revenue outcomes and client acquisition metrics.
Requirements
Fluent in both English and Korean with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in managing client relationships.
Familiarity with insurance products and risk management practices.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Strong drive to explore and capitalize on market opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a multicultural work environment.
Bachelor s degree in Business Finance or a related discipline.
